تعلن شركة الخريف للبترول Alkhorayef Petroleum عن توفر وظائف في التخطيط بمسمي وظيفة مدير التخطيط Planning Manager للعمل في مدينة الدمام وفقا للشروط التالية:

الشروط:

– بكالوريوس / دبلوم في التكنولوجيا (الكهربائية / الميكانيكية / الصناعية ).
– خبرة التخطيط السابقة في بيئة تصنيع.
– مهارات تحليل البيانات ومهارات الإكسل المتقدمة.
– خبرة في ERP/MRP ( أفضلية ).
– فهيم جيد لمباديء التصنيع الرشيق ( التصنيع الخالي من الهدر ).

المهام الوظيفية:

– قيادة فريق التخطيط لضمان تلبية متطلبات العملاء بطرق أكثر كفاءة.
– إدارة السعة والمواد المتاحة للسماح بتنفيذ جدول الإنتاج الرئيسي في الوقت المناسب.
– السيطرة على التكلفة وتحسين مستويات المخزون.
– إدارة وتقييم مؤشرات الإداء الرئيسية.
– ادارة المخزون.
– مراجعة الخطة اليومية والإنجاز المحقق.

Planning Manager

An excellent opportunity in a dynamic manufacturing environment, for a Global Oil & Gas Service company!  We are looking for an experienced Planning Manager, or a seasoned professional ready for the next step in their career!

Purpose:

Lead the planning team to ensure the most efficient deployment of Plant resources to meet customer requirements. Manage capacity and materials availability to allow the Master Production Schedule to be executed in a timely fashion. Keep control of cost and optimize inventory levels.

Key Activities & Information:

• Reports directly to Plant Manager.
• Distributes work schedules based on established guidelines and priorities.
• Access records on production data for comparison and reports on volume of production, consumption of material, quality control, and other aspects of manufacturing.
• Develop planning for budget and manpower requirement.
• Liaise with procurement, customer service, production and quality team to ensure no delay in delivery.
• Monitor the progress of production, compared to standard routing times.
• Review daily plan and achievement.
• Inventory management.
• Manage assigned KPOs & KPIs.

Knowledge and Experience

• Previous planning experience in a high product mix manufacturing environment.
• Machine Shop & Assembly/Test experience is preferred.
• Data analysis skills and advance excel knowledge.
• Oil Field Equipment manufacturing planning an asset (but not required).
• ERP/MRP System experience (preferred ORACLE).
• Good understanding of Lean Manufacturing Principles.

Education and Certifications 

• Bachelor/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Technology is preferred (suitable experience can compensate for lack of formal education)
