We currently have a unique opportunity as a “Administrative Assistant” with the following qualifications;
-Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
-Handle administrative requests and queries from managers
-Organizing and scheduling appointments
-Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes
-Attention to detail and problem solving skills
-Develop and maintain a system
-Update and maintain office policies and procedures
-Arrangements for all exhibition trade mission and other events
-Experience at least 2 years
-Near living is preferred; El Nozha-cairo.
-Job type: Indoor-full time.
