-Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
-Determining selection criteria.
-Sourcing potential candidates through different channels
-Screen, Interview, and Assess Candidates
-Handling all employment fairs.
-Responsible for the company’s outreach programs
-Managing the New Hires Induction Program
-Facilitating and handling Work force planning/ Head count Reporting

Job Requirements:
-From 3 to 5 Years of solid experience in recruitment
-Fluent English, spoken and written
-Bachelor degree
