Quattro for trading and services is currently hiring We have got a great opportunity for you as a Store Manager

• Achieving monthly Store Sales Target.
• Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Set monthly schedule for the team attendance & days off with the assistant store manager or Senior Fashion Advisor.
• Handle store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
• Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
• Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Bachelor degree in any related field
• Experience 4-6 years in same Field.
• Good Command of English Language
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have good analytical skills
• Management proficiency & Strong leader ship
• Market Knowledge
• Customer Focus
• Presentable.
