– Secretary ( Females Only )

about job :

* Assist the CEO as requested

* Sending and receiving e-mails

* Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new
meetings and appointments

* Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming
correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

* Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information
is organized and easily accessible

– Requirements:

*Bachelor Degree

* Maximum Age 26 years

* Experience 1 – 3 years

* Gender (Females) only.

* solid knowledge of MS office is a must. .

* Multi-tasking and time management skills

* High communication skills

* Excellent English

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative
assistant is a plus
