– مسؤول دعم تطبيقات تقنية المعلومات (IT Application Support Officer).

الوصف الوظيفي:

تقديم الدعم اليومي للمشاكل التشغيلية لتطبيقات تقنية المعلومات والوظائف المرتبطة بها مع أنظمة أوراكل والتطبيقات الأخرى بها والمساعدة في تصميم وتطوير وتنفيذ التطبيقات والأنظمة الآلية بطريقة فعالة من حيث التكلفة.

شروط التقديم:
1- درجة البكالوريوس في تخصص تقنية المعلومات أو ما يعادلها.
2- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال ذات صلة.

IT Application Support Officer

Role Summary:

SAR is looking for a dynamic and smart IT Application Support Officer to join the IT Application Support Department to provide day to day application support the day to day IT applications operational issues and its associated functions with Oracle ERP and other associated applications.

Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Follow-up and resolves day to day IT Applications operational and administrative issues/requests.
  • Complies with all relevant quality, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy work environment.
  • Assists in the design, development, and implementation of applications and automated systems in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
  • Identifies potential system/application enhancements, and assists in implementing software modifications and upgrades.
  • Participates in the implementation of initiatives to enhance the functionality of websites (e.g., website, ticketing application, customer care, online payments, etc.).
  • Performs basic analysis regarding the current state of the website, and proposes initiatives to enhance the user’s experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree information technology ore relevant degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
