One of the biggest Fashion companies in Egypt located in Mohandessin is now hiring hyperactive and hard worker female or Male to work as an “Office Manager” to be responsible of the following:
Organize and coordinate office operations
Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
Preparing letters, presentations and reports
Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
Liaising with staff, suppliers.
Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
Handling confidential and non-routine information (company important documents & certificates)
Maintaining organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery, equipment and providing staff with their needs and monitor use
Job Requirements
2 to 4 years of experience as Office Manager at Fashion( Al shaya ,Azadea , Al Futtaim ,SAS Egypt, al hokair ).
MAX AGE 35
Prefer ex at Marketing, Social Media
Professionalism
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Google online tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication and English skills
