This position is responsible for aligning business objectives with Team Members and Management in designated Regional. Serves as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues. Assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. Communicating needs proactively with our HR department and business management and seeks to develop integrated solutions. Formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management that reflects the business objectives of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees
• Assist management in conflict resolution
• Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company
• Onboard new employees and manage immigration documents, taxes and benefits packages

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2 – 3 years of experience in HR or related field
• Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
• Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
