تعلن مجموعة لاندمارك Landmark Group عن توفر وظائف محاسبة ومالية بمسمي وظيفة رئيس التدقيق الداخلي Head Of Internal Audit للعمل في مدينة الرياض وفقا للشروط التالية:

الشروط:

– درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية.

– حاصل على أحد الشهادات المهنية CA / CISA / CIA.

– خبرة لا تقل عن 12-15 عامًا.

– خبرة في الشركات الأربع الكبرى ودول مجلس التعاون ( أفضلية ).

– مهارات تحليلية قوية وفطنة تجارية.

المهام الوظيفية:

– مسؤول عن قيادة وإدارة الامتثال داخل المنظمة.

– التأكد من التزام الشركة وموظفيها بالمتطلبات التنظيمية والسياسات والإجراءات الداخلية.

– قيادة استراتيجية التدقيق الداخلي في المملكة العربية السعودية من خلال وضع ميثاق التدقيق بما يتماشى مع سياسات المجموعة.

– تخطيط التدقيق المباشر على مستوى المنطقة.

– توجيه فريق التدقيق لإعداد ملخصات تنفيذية وتقارير مفصلة توفر رؤية مستقلة.

Head Of Internal Audit

• The Head of Internal Audit for Landmark Arabia (Saudi Arabia) is responsible for leading and managing compliance within the organization, ensuring that the company and its employees are complying with regulatory requirements & internal policies and procedures.
• Lead the Internal Audit strategy for Saudi Arabia by establishing an Audit Charter in line with group policies
• Direct audit planning at the territory & concept level to establish business health & performance
• Direct the audit team to prepare executive summaries and detailed reports which provide an independent view to board & family
• Lead the process improvement in business management practices in the territory (Saudi Arabia)
• Identify the audited gaps & partner with business by maintaining regular communication and issuing recommendations
• Maintain proactive communication with the senior management and keep them updated on action plans and overall progress of audit findings
• Be well-informed about market best practices & review internal policies and procedures to establish high standards
• Develop tools and systems required to deliver best-in-class results
• Lead, motivate and mentor team members through trainings, coaching and practical experiences
  
  Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
• Candidate must be a qualified CA/CISA/CIA
• Candidate must have minimum 12-15 years of experience with a wide exposure to businesses & functions
• Must have Big4 experience (with exposure to retail clients) | GCC Experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen
• Exposure to Board/Audit Committee interactions as well as proven track record in stakeholder management
