It is specialized in the field of chemicals industry, is currently looking to hire a IT Technical Support with the following qualifications

1- 2-5 years of experiences in the field of IT technical support
2- Residence at 10 th of Ramadan city
3- High institute or Bachelor’s degree
4- Good command in English Technical Requirements for Technical Support

Job:
• Computer Technical Support (Hardware – Software).
• Microsoft Operating Systems Troubleshooting.
• Network Technical Support (Cables – Routers – Access Points – Switches).
• Basic Knowledge of active directory and domains.
• Active Directory Roles (Domain Controller – DNS – DHCP).
• Sharing and Security Permissions.
• Network Printers Installation and Troubleshooting.
