IT Application Support in Heliopolis دوام كامل

We are hiring Junior / Senior Application Support, for one of the IT Service Provider companies in Egypt.

Location: Heliopolis.

Job Requirements: –
• 2 – 4+ years of experience.
• Execution of EOD on the bank’s centralized Core Banking System after closure of business hours.
• Taking Data Backups in compliance to the established procedures.
• Coordination with Finacle support desk in case of any errors encountered during COB.
• Escalating EOD related issues to System Administrators for immediate resolution.
• Applying patches, fixes on the production.
• Monitoring of all application interconnecting interfaces (Sales force, Quantum, Finacle, SAP and reporting errors).
• Banking or financial background is preferred.
• Excellent English and communication skills.
