Talent Pool solutions is looking for HR Operations Supervisor: –
Work location 10th Ramadan
• Maintain employee relation
• Managing the Payroll
• Updating Manpower and managing the recruitment process
• Operation and analysis
• Maintains budget spreadsheet that includes salaries, payroll taxes and fringe allowances.
• Maintains Employee Handbook with updated resolutions and other pertinent information, as needed
• Prepares paperwork required to place employee on payroll and establishes personnel file.
• Administrative duties, including upkeep of employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.)
Skills:
• Very good command of English
• Excellent Excel skills
• Experience from 3 to 5 years’ experience
• Excellent communication skills
• University Graduate
• Experience with Blue collar is a MUST.
