HR Generalist وظيفة اخصائي موارد بشرية

We’re looking for an HR professional who wants to join our People’s team in Cairo. If you are someone who loves working in a high-paced startup environment, a true perfectionist, an organization freak and love helping others, Glovo is your place!

You Will

• • • Source and recruit great talent for our local team, implementing hiring processes and conducting screenings
    • Prepare contracts for new hires: review them, sign, print, and archive contracts
    • Assure every employee file has the required documentation up to date – check legal documentation, contracts, personal information and organize them
    • Input new hires into all HR systems
    • Make sure all our new and current employees have all the required documents and internal policies signed
    • Collect and maintain day to day information from employees: sick leaves, holidays, bank account changes, modifications of hours, salaries, etc
    • Coordinate the visa process for new hires: collect and check all the requirements needed from the new hire’s side to coordinate with our lawyers
    • Get a strong knowledge of how HR processes work and assist employees’ doubts
    • Participate in the implementation of new processes and systems

Requirements

• • • Degree in HR, Labor Law, Law, Business or similar
    • Able to work in a fast-paced, growing start-up environment and work with all levels of management
    • Thrives in ambiguity
    • Organized, proactive, and creative
    • Customer service oriented – you love to solve complex doubts
    • Great communication skills
    • Fluent English
