أعلن البنك الأهلي الكويتي مصر عن توفر وظائف في تكنولوجيا المعلومات عبر موقعه الإلكتروني عن حاجته لـ Head of IT Change Management، وذلك في إطار خطة البنك التوسعية، وسعيه لزيادة قدرة البنك التنافسية على اجتذاب عملاء جدد، من خلال تطوير كوادره البشرية، وزيادة عدد موظفيه.

الشروط الواجب توافرها في المتقدم:

– الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في تخصص تكنولوجيا المعلومات.

– خبرة 11 سنة في تكنولوجيا المعلومات كحد أدنى.

Drive change processes across ITD and ensure activities are aligned with international standards and best practice

Key accountabilities:

GENERIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

1- Corporate governance Ensure all divisional activities comply with corporate governance & regulatory/legal frameworks

2- People management Manage people in line with people policies and best practice

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Change Requests Manage the proper management of receiving, logging and maintaining change requests that IT receives from ABK Business and internally within IT.
  2. Process Monitoring Monitor the Change requests life cycle to warrant adherence to the approved change management processes.
  3. Architecture Maintain ABK Egypt current and future target Application Architecture that is required to support the business functional needs across the bank; and to ensure the compatibility of any changes.
  4. Standards Lead the team to apply international standards and approved governance processes to warrant the integrity and the quality of the systems/applications and report annually the IT Standards percentage achieved.
  5. Change control Enforce change control processes, practices, and guidelines.
  6. Audit Facilitate the audits exercises to assure adherence to Change management processes and quality standards; and to ensure that all requirements/ process during the Audit Cycle are complying with the standards.
