A Training Coordinator is Needed For a Well-known Business Academy Location: Downtown, Cairo.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Update Schedules and coordinates all classroom training with students, academy and trainer also handling materials, and attendance.
-Handling course reservation process and developing the new group students list, IDs, Material.
-Monitoring the exam.
-Follow up students’ payments and updating the status regularly and notify them before due date, and Collection of fees.
-Answering all students’ incoming calls providing them with the information about our scholarships and training programs
-Establish a good rapport with Trainees –Instructors and the student.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree.
English: Good.
Experience: 0 to 2 years
Females only can apply for this position.
8 hours/day + ( 30 Minute break )
