Executive secretary at Elaraby Group

Elaraby Group of companies and factories is seeking to hire an Executive secretary with the below duties & qualifications:

Duties:
Manages diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive.
Books and arranges travel, transport and accommodation take notes /dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentation.
Reminds the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
Types, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
Carries out background research and presenting findings
Produces documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
Implements and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
Organizes and attends meetings and ensures the manager is well prepared for meetings
Miscellaneous tasks to support their manager.

Skills & qualifications:
At least from 2 – 3 years of experience in related position.
– V. good in English; speaking, writing and listening
– Excellent in verbal and written communication skills.
– Excellent in using Microsoft Office and Outlook
– Punctual, accurate, organized and flexible
– Location: Abassya: Salah Salem.
