• To lead and manage the AML & Compliance Inspection plan by implementing internal compliance policies, controls and procedures including but not limited to staff training and awareness.

• To protect the company against legal penalties by providing advice and guidelines to prevent it from being engaged in any fault and assure its compliance with laws, rules and regulations issued by concerned regulatory bodies.

• Professional Certificate(s) in insurance is (Optional)
• Audit certificates is (Optional)
• Internal Inspection in insurance or financial institutions or strong organization awareness.
• Good knowledge in Insurance
• Analytical thinking and decision making
• High level of written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic & English
• Able to work with diverse groups of staff and regulators
• A methodical and organised approach to planning, implementation and record keeping for all activities with a high level of attention to detail
• Self-starter, able to display initiative and pro-active approach to problem-solving
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• 1-3 years of internal audit experience (must)
• 1-3 years at a financial institution (preferably an insurance company) or,
• 1-3 years at one of the big 4 companies (E&Y, PWC, KPMG, Deloitte) is highly (Optional)

Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or any related qualification
