Job title: Community support specialist
Reports to: Community Operations manager
Handling tickets on all Swvl’s communication channels
Hold Support Shifts as assigned by Community Operations Manager
Apply all Community Operations Policies (Response Time, etc..)
Improving and making sure all policies are applied Execute all Community Operations
Handling Tasks assigned by Community Operations Manager
Survey customers needs and report it to all necessary teams
Response Immediately with all low ratings by calling riders
Report Technical Issues to the Tech. Team
Report all Drivers concerns to Quality Team
1. Fluent English.
2. Min. of 1 year experience in customer service related job.
3. Mail and chat experience is preferred.
