Job Responsibilities:

Implement & coordinate policies, in addition to covering all HR Functions including:

– Recruitment
– Compensation & Benefits
– Training & Development
– Employee & Labor Relation
– Job Analysis
– Performance Management.

Job Requirements:

– Alexandria resident.
– Master degree is preferred.

Experience Requirements:
– At least 8 years of experience in a similar field + 3 years in a managerial position.
– Very good command of English.
– MS office, Windows and Internet applications (good command of computer skills).
– Excellent leadership and communication skills.
