تعلن شركة كليات التميز وظائف إدارية في الجودة لذوي الخبرة من حملة البكالوريوس فأعلي، للعمل بالشركة في مدينة الرياض، بمسمى (مدير الجودة Quality Manager)، وذلك وفقاً لبقية التفاصيل الموضحة أدناه.

المسمى الوظيفي:
– مدير الجودة (Quality Manager).

شروط التقديم:
1- درجة البكالوريوس ويفضّل درجة الماجستير في تخصص ذات صلة (إدارة الأعمال أو إدارة التعليم أو الاقتصاد).
3- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في إدارة أداء الشركات أو ضمان الجودة أو أي مجال ذات صلة.
4- شهادة مهنية (PMI) (إدارة المشاريع الاحترافية).
5- إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية بطلاقة.

Quality Manager at Colleges of Excellence Company

Main Role:

The Quality & Performance Manager is the person responsible of managing the Corporate Performance Department at CoE. This role’s ultimate accountability is to ensure compliance and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures best practices which will increase the quality and efficiency of the processes as well as to track the functional performance of the entire organization as a whole.

Qualifications:

Education and Certifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required (i.e. Business Administration, Education Management, Economics)
• MBA or Master’s in a relevant field is a plus
• Project Management Professional Certification (PMI)

Languages:

• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Years of Experience

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Corporate Performance or Quality Assurance Management or a relevant field.

Function Specific Experience

• Experience in policies and procedures development
• Knowledge in Business Process management framework development and maintenance
