Job Summary:
• Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
• Maintains records of all activities document events incidents and actions handle all correspondence filing etc.
• Meet and greet clients and visitors.
• Composes and types routine correspondences such as business letters reports or office memorandum.
• Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying faxing mailing and filing.
• Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
• Schedules appointments assist other staff in the organization with their inquiries.
• Records Agendas & minutes of meetings.
• Support staff in assigned project based work.
• Assist HR Manager Job Requirements:
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol.
• Presentable & organized
