a. To do qualitative and quantitative research on the training needs of driver team
b. To create content materials for driver training
c. To design and conduct over the trainings in full batches
d. To design and conduct role plays and focussed group discussion in small batches everyday
e. To prepare and evaluate the progress of drivers at an individual level
2. To design and deliver in scalable and structured manner the most delightful delivery experience for customers of Jumia Mall
a. Control and monitor driver customer communication in line with customer Journey to ensure good customer experience.
b. Monitor competitor’s delivery offerings and ensure Jumia delivery options are competitive and compelling.
c. Regular and consistent feedback activities / mechanisms to ascertain the services levels of 3rd Party Logistics providers and encourage improvements.
d. Ensuring that all assigned vehicles are properly maintained, which includes routine maintenance and vehicle cleanliness. Maintenance expenses should be managed to limit cost when possible.
e. Organizing regular events for DAs.
3. To design and implement the program to be more cost efficient with scale but still be individually rewarding for best DAs
Coach, lead and develop drivers to support the delivery team and improve daily productivity on gate to gate basis
4. To enhance road safety and risk mitigation aspects of the DA s daily work life
5. To give business inputs to enhance the Delivery App Product
6. To design and roll out various community initiatives for DAs
a. Celebrations
b. Birthdays
c. Family engagements
7. Daily Engagement with DAs
