“Recruitment Officer” needed in an American International school
Location: New Cairo
Job Summary:
The Recruitment Officer executes the critical talent acquisition function that is key to the development of the school. The Officer will manage end-to-end multiple (International & Local) recruitment processes in a timely and effective way, ensuring that qualified and highly competent candidates are hired.
Requirements needed:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the recruitment field
• Previous experience in schools with international recruitment is a preference
• Very good communication skills and PR skills
• Highly organized
• Fluent English language is a MUST, professional writing and spoken
• Good exposure to dealing with expat staff members
• Good understanding of the work permits and residency process
• Dynamic and faced paced, highly efficient
• Good knowledge of other HR functions; payroll, personnel, and professional development and performance appraisal
• Good research and web-search skills
