A well-known international company located in Alexandria is currently hiring
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems is preferred.
-Minimum of 5 years of work experience as an IT Manager.
-ERP implementation awareness.
-Excellent English language skills.
-Very good analytical and conceptual skills with profound knowledge of the needed IT skills and knowledge.
-Manufacturing industry experience is a preferred.

About the Job
-Handling any projects related to ERP like customization of new reports and implementing new modules.
-Daily support for system users including ERP, Handling problems related to month, year closing with finance.
-Coaching and team follow up on daily responsibilities including technical support when needed.
-Daily following up on vital company systems by checking daily reports on Backup and system health and solving any related problems.
-Attending weekly management meetings to share business requirements & needs and to be aligned with company targets and objectives.
-Monthly reporting to CEO on ERP projects and updates , IT projects infrastructure updates , any problems or issues related to IT , actual IT spending Vs budget spending.
-Handling all purchasing related to IT function by choosing the best vendor , getting multiple quotations with purchasing , negotiating the best offer also with purchasing then following up cycle with finance.
-Initiating and handling budgets and plans for projects under construction related to IT infrastructure and their progress follow up.
-Analysis of system performance , and users requirements to know how to achieve the optimum solutions.
-Managing communication in terms of land lines , mobile lines , internet and data and handling any related payments or problems.
-Monitoring and updating system security like anti-virus and antispam and fire walls.
