•Achieve yearly volume objectives and execute the sales annual operating plan by reflecting the market needs while managing/securing compliance to overall and by customer cost/case planned spending to pre-agreed budget.
•Organize, control and motivate supervisors & representatives to achieve sales targets within the agreed profit margins.
•Regular market visits to monitor changes in the market situation and communicate these fluctuations on the proper timing to the Branch Manager.
•Ensure the company’s product promotional plans are understood from the sales force team.
•Develop accurate weekly CDF (Customer Demand Forecasting).
•Expand distribution within the territory as per AOP business plan.
•Analyze customer needs and opportunities to design and develop best practice and execute in market place in collaboration with TM to maximize visibility and access points.
•Approve all the administrative transactions for the DC management (DC warehouse lease, daily sales invoicing cycle,…etc
•Train, develop and follow-up sales force compliance with Beyti’s training plan to meet the current and long term needs of the sales departments.
