Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:
• Design and develop all company’s policies & procedures (Leave Policy, Attendance policy, Compensation policy, reimbursement process, Induction and exit process, Recognition policy…….)
• Design the company’s Salary structure and salary in comparison with the market
• Writing and revising job descriptions

Qualifications:
– HR Diploma or certificate is a must
– Experience not less than 3 years
– Manufacturing back ground is a must.
– Fluency in English is a must
