Years of Experience:

  1. Manager: 10+ years.
  2. Section Head: 7-10 years.
  3. Others: 3-5 years.
  • Preferred experience in Automotive industry
  • Strong team spirit and team building.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good command of English language.

Job Description:

HR and Administration Manager

  • Manage organizational structure, selection and recruitment process, Employee retention, internal regulations, HR manuals, Training needs, compensation and benefits system, performance management process and Services provided by the Administration (General Affairs) function

HR Business Partner

  • Allign business objectives with employees and management, acting as an employee champion by anticipating HR-related needs, communicating these proactively, developing integrated solutions and formulating team spirit and partnership that delivers value-added service to management and employees.

HR Specialist, Recruitment and Training

  • Implement recruitment sourcing, initial screening, first and second interviews, Job Offer / Regret letters, gathering personal documents, Orientation and Induction process and implementation of company technical and behavioral Training Programs and Employee feedback surveys.

Business Support Coordinator

  • Assist the CEO and the management team to meet business performance targets and commitments by coordinating across all the departments that deadlines are met, preparation is made before management meetings and that a structure is maintained to closely track, measure and provide feedback for all actions items that the management team has agreed to take to close gaps or close open items, in a timely and well communicated manner.

Secretary

  • Handles secretarial and administration support to CEO, Deputy General Manager and Department Managers
